ATG letter: VAT waiver to savour at last after import wrangle

My recent letter in ATG (No 2696) regarding the time-limit waiver of VAT exemption on the re-importation of antiques seems to have stirred up a minor hornet’s nest. My phone, while not being exactly hot, has been mildly warm on occasion.
