'One of the greatest 17th century Italian bronzes' bought by Texas museum from London art dealer
The Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth, Texas has acquired a bronze sculpture by Stefano Maderno (c.1571-1636) from art dealer Patricia Wengraf.
The Italian Baroque sculptor worked in marble and terracotta and bronzes by him are extremely rare.
