Rediscovered 16th century portrait miniature with links to Shakespeare sells for six-figure sum

A rediscovered miniature by Nicholas Hilliard, believed to depict Shakespeare’s muse Henry Wriothesley, the 3rd Earl of Southampton (1573-1624), has sold for a six-figure sum.
